By using our advanced automated technology, we pre-plan routes and pre-load vans. Which means our Customer Service Team Members (what we call our drivers) spend less time faffing and more time driving throughout their shifts, ensuring we’re always ready for the next delivery.
Nottingham depot opening 25/08/2025
Our location
We are now excited to be coming to Nottingham and will be opening a depot (we call them spokes) later this year. When fully up and running, we’ll have 130 trusty steeds on the roads and over 400 drivers, ensuring well over 30,000 customer orders are received every week. Delivering joy throughout the county and beyond.
Come and join our league
Our advanced automated technology takes care of pre-planned routes and pre-loaded vans. Now, we're looking for local heroes to become our Customer Service Team Members (drivers). This is a customer-facing role where good communication and the ability to deliver joy to our customers are key.
Please check your commute time before applying. Some shifts may be outside of normal hours, so we ask that you can reach our spoke within an hour.
So, do you crave the thrill of the open road? Do you have a desire to deliver a daily dose of joy to your community?
You may be required to start a morning shift as early as 05.30am
You can finish an evening shift as late as 12:00 (midnight)
We will share your shift rota with you up to 13 weeks in advance
What do you need in order to apply?
You don't need any previous experience to join our league, just bring your awesome self and a positive attitude! Our incredible training team will equip you with all the skills you need to become a Local Legend.
However, it goes without saying you will need some essentials…
Full UK or EU driving licence
Minimum of 6 months driving experience
Maximum of 6 penalty points
No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As we build our sparkly new depot that’s due to open on its doors on the 25th August - if you start your journey with us between August 4th and August 22nd, you'll kick off your training and initial deliveries from our Dordon depot.
Worried about the change of scenery? Don't be! We believe in supporting our heroes from day one. Any additional travel costs incurred during this transition period will be fully covered by Ocado Logistics! This way, you can focus on mastering your skills and becoming the best Local Legend you can be, without being out of pocket.
